We keep our prices as simple as possible. We provide a "Common Job" schedule for the problems that happen often, and for everything else we have one flat fee charged in blocks of 20 minutes (not hourly, so it saves you time and money).
20 Minute Rate
For things we know exactly how long they’ll take, we use the "Common Jobs" schedule below. For everything else we investigate the problem, tell you how long it will take us and charge you in 20 minute blocks. If you choose a monthly package below you could get up to 15% off this 20 minute rate (and the Common Problems), otherwise for Pay As You Go we simply charge:

"Common Jobs" Fee Schedule
As we deal with a number of technology issues on a regular basis, we have a good idea how long they take, so can put a fixed-fee on the work.
Home Visits
We try and complete all jobs remotely, so your costs are kept to a minimum. However sometimes we must come to your home to perform a job. Firstly, we arrange a time that is convenient for you and ensure we arrive on time (if we don't, the job is FREE under our Happiness Guarantee).
Here's how our home visits are charged:
Minimum £19.99 per visit
(in zone 1-6 inclusive)
We then charge £19.99 per 20 minute block of time. Why so inexpensive? We believe our customers want the flexibility of a home visit sometimes, and charging for this visit 20 minute blocks - with a minimum 20 minute block (so £19.99 is all you'll pay if we're only there for up to 20 minutes) - gives you the freedom to choose.
All fees include VAT.
